A 43-year-old woman passed away days after sustaining injuries from a car crash on the evening of November 12. The crash occurred on the fifth floor of the Paris Las Vegas Resort parking garage as the driver collided with a block wall. The driver, Scott Thomas, was not injured during the crash but was arrested on a count of driving under the influence. Two other passengers of the vehicle were treated for minor and moderate injuries. The identity of the deceased woman has not yet been released to the public, pending notification of her family.
