A crash in the early morning of August 1st led to five serious injuries in Las Vegas. According to police, the incident occurred at 3:09 a.m. at the intersection of Paradise Road and Karen Ave. 5 people were injured in the crash, with 2 in critical condition. A red 2015 Chrysler was heading north on Paradise Road that crashed into a silver 2021 Ford Fusion that was turning left onto Karen Avenue. The injured five were rushed to Sunrise Hospital by emergency responders. Two were suffering from potentially fatal injuries. According to police, the driver of the Chrysler attempted to flee and was apprehended. Officials later booked the suspect for a DUI and hit and run charges after he showed signs of impairment.
