56-Year-Old Man Dies After Medical Episode in West Las Vegas
A driver has passed away in west Las Vegas after he suffered an apparent medical episode and crashed into a pole on the morning of April 16th.
The single-vehicle crash was reported at Flamingo Road and Durango Drive around 7:30 a.m.
According to police, the driver of a 2012 Ford Fiesta suffered a medical episode before he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a nearby power line pole.
An officer near the area saw the crash and went to assist the driver. The victim of the incident, a 56-year-old Las Vegas man, was taken to Southern Hills Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
This crash remains under investigation.
