A crash involving an ambulance blocked the westbound exit of Jones Blvd and the 215 Beltway in the Las Vegas valley on Monday afternoon. According to reports, an ambulance responding to a call was traveling on Jones at around 1 pm when it struck a semi-truck exiting the 215 Beltway westbound. The semi was turning on a green light. Three occupants of the ambulance were transported to University Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Traffic cameras showed the semi-truck blocking the intersection, causing the road to remain closed for a significant amount of time before reopening later that evening.
