The tour bus was operated by a Las Vegas company called Comedy On Deck, which offers tours guided by comedians. According to police, the tour bus flipped on January 23rd as high speed “appeared to be a factor” in the incident. No other vehicles were involved in the crash. Aside from the tragic death of one woman, two others were transported to a Las Vegas hospital in critical condition. 40 others were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries and later released. This crash is still under investigation. Car accidents are on the rise in the Las Vegas area. At Edward M Bernstein and Associates, we take these accidents seriously.
