Eight People Injured in Three-Car-Pile-Up on I-15
On the afternoon of January 5th, eight people were injured due to a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 15.
According to the report, the incident took place at 1:25 p.m. on Interstate 15 near the California
State Line. The early reports revealed that a tractor-trailer driver did not yield for stopped traffic
and collided with a Dodge Ram with four adults and a child inside.
Due to impact, the Dodge Ram crashed into a Bentley with one adult occupant and three
children. The report indicates that the driver of the semi-truck failed to use care and
decrease speed.
On arrival, crews airlifted the Dodge Ram driver to University Medical Center.
The other four occupants of the Dodge Ram were taken to the hospital via ambulance.
Emergency responders transported the Bentley driver and two children to University Medical Center.
The incident remains under investigation.
