A Motorcyclist was killed following a crash west of the Las Vegas Strip Monday Morning. According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, the crash happened around 11:25 a.m. Monday, September 19th in the area of S. Decatur Boulevard and W. Flamingo Road. The crash involved a white pickup truck and a motorcycle. The motorcyclist was taken to the University Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead. The police said the driver of the truck remained on the scene. Flamingo was closed between Decatur and Edmund while Police investigated the accident. “Car accidents are on the rise in the Las Vegas area.
