North Las Vegas Crash Kills 2 Motorcyclists
Two motorcyclists were killed in a crash involving an SUV and three motorcycles Sunday night in North Las Vegas.
The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. Sunday near Cheyenne and Mary Dee avenues, according to North Las Vegas Police.
In a statement from NLVPD Sgt. Vince Booker, we learned two motorcyclists left the center roadway and crossed through traffic. One collided with an SUV and another hit a street sign pole in the median.
At the site of the crash the two motorcyclists were pronounced dead. The victims were identified as 52-year-old Andre Lewis and 53-year-old Parrish Jones by the Clark County Coroner’s Office .
The driver of the SUV and the third motorcyclist were transported to UMC. Their injuries are non life-threatening
The cause of the crash is under investigation by North Las Vegas Police.
