One Dead After Crashing Into Wall in Single-Vehicle Crash in Summerlin
Early Wednesday morning, a woman died after her SUV drove off the road in west Las Vegas near Summerlin.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a Ford Expedition drove off the road near Charleston Boulevard and Hualapai Way, striking a wall around 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
Police said the driver, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was transported to University Medical Center where she died. She was later identified by the Clark County coroner’s office as a 35-year-old Las Vegas woman.
No additional information has been released at this time.
