Truck Crashes Into Wall in East Las Vegas Valley Neighborhood
Las Vegas police began investigating a crash early Thursday morning that involved a driver going through a wall in an east valley neighborhood.
The incident happened on the 2900 block of Palora Avenue, near McLeod Drive and Desert Inn Road. Officers arrived around 7:10 a.m. and found a dark-colored pickup truck had crashed into a wall outside of a residence. One lane of McLeod Drive was closed that morning.
Police investigators were determining whether the truck driver was intoxicated. Lt. Greg Phenis said police administered a field-sobriety test to the male driver.
No one was injured due to the crash.
