Last Thursday morning in North Las Vegas, a high-speed crash resulted in the destruction of a section of brick walls near the intersection of West Lake Mead Boulevard and Revere Street. HIgh speeds caused a vehicle to roll over and continue tumbling into the brick wall, knocking down a large portion of it. According to the North Las Vegas Police Department, the crash occurred around 6:00 am and, remarkably, the driver of the vehicle was not seriously injured. The driver was taken by ambulance to University Medical Center as a precaution. Police are still investigating the incident. “Car accidents are on the rise in the Las Vegas area.
